Combining lists of points

Hello,
I’m trying to combine these two lists to create a polyline through xyz points, but I cant figure out how to make these lists in to one with the setup as shown in the image.
I need to add the circle points to the ellipse points list as the first and last point for an unlimited number of lists.
Any advice is appreciated.
