Code Block number manipulation

Hi,

I need assistance as I am not good in design script for code black. I need manipulated sets of numbers which has 20 each with first 4 numbers excluded out of multiples of 24 like (5…24…1) & (29…48…1).etc. Is it possible to do with code block with option to choose the number of set is variable (n). Thanks in advance.
