CivilDocument.GetCorridors Operation failed

Hi,

Anyone knows the issue as per the topic? GetCorridors operation failed. Using Civil Connection 2022.

Regards and Thanks

Looks like you’re using Civil Connection 2022 in a Revit 2023 environment. That’ll fail in some odd ways such as this. Civil Connection requires Civil 3D, Revit, and Civil Connection to all be on the same version.

If that doesn’t resolve things, build a new sample data set to reproduce the issue, and post to the project’s GitHub.

Hi Jacob,

Yes you are correct, I’m using C3D 2022 and Revit 2023. However based on my past experience since Civil connection 2018 this problem did not occur as I used it before with C3D 2018 and Revit 2019.

So I tried a different approach and found out that the GetCorridors operation will fail if I’m directly using my source Civil 3D corridor model file. However, and I find it weird, it will NOT fail if I used Data referenced corridor.
