Civil Connection - Commands not reading in Civil 3D from Revit for importing Civil 3D

When i run a script in Revit, my Revit hangs it seems the commands are not executing in Civil 3D to complete the task. Does anyone have this issue or where I am going wrong? I have reinstall all the programs but still no luck.

My colleague works for him which should read as below in Civil 3D. We are using Civil 3D 2020 and Revit 2019 Civil Connection Package 4.0
