Can't cut Door family in plan

Hi everyone,
I create the Door Family and load it into the Project. In the 1FL plan, the Door Family created doesn’t show the cut Frame like this picture. Even I already changed the Cut Level of the View Range.

When I create Door Family, I separate each part of Family to part such as: Louver Family, Panel Family and Frame Family… and then, I insert them into one Family. This is a reason that my Door Family can’t show the cut frame, the cut panel… in the plan.
Please help me!

It was visibility off in family, make sure you switch it on:
