Cant create a new Sat file?

hello, I am trying to create an SAT file from dynamo, but it doesnt seem to let you do that. Its asking you for a file name like as if you already had an SAT to begin with. This seems illogical to me. How exactly do you create a new SAT file from dynamo then?

Use a string with a directory and file name.
