Can not find Label.ByPointAndString Node In Node Hierarchy

I see a node in the dictionary but I don’t see it in my library of nodes.

I am using the Revit version of Dynamo, and am wondering why my list of Revit nodes doesn’t match the list in the dictionary.

I keep searching, still can’t find it. I’ve looked in through the install directories, and I found the xml of dynamo nodes and of the revit for dynamo nodes, but there is nothing in there for Label.ByPointAndString. any ideas?
