You’re not asking the viewport for it’s mother view and type somewhere in the script. You straight jump to the scales.
Insert the step to go Viewport>View>Viewtype there and start filtering.
Your script is really hard to read because of all the jumbled lines overlapping or behind other nodes.

maybe not the most efficient one but it works. Do you know if there is way I can filter out the two viewtypes at once perhaps?
