Accessing Fabrication Parts "More Parameters" values?

Is it possible to access the values within the “More Parameters” parameter that deals with fabrication parts in Revit through Dynamo 2.0?It is a button that executes a pop up window with the title of “Edit Part…” Although I do not have a vast knowledge of coding, I have a co worker that can understand and write code, so the more detail the better. The image below shows what I mean.
