3D Preview and 3D Watch not working

Version : Revit Architecture 2017
Dynamo 1.3

Issue :
The Background Preview is always blank.
The 3D Watch is also always blank.

Tried all kinds of settings with AMD Control Panel. Uninstalled and installed Dynamo many times. Still the issue persists.
Please advise what to do.

I have tried everything said in the post that you mentioned. Nothing worked. I have given up.
