Text Note Leader Location

Hello,

I am looking for a Dynamo script that can change the location of the text note leaders, i.e. Leader from bottom left to leader from top left.
My goal is to change all the text notes in my model that have leaders, left or right, to be at top. See attached picture for example.

Leader attachment is a modifiable parameter, stored as an integer (0 top 1 mid 2 bot)
