I haven’t been looking at this in a while but last time I checked what you are asking for was not possible. You can really just override header section and what some people were doing is actually putting all of their data into the header section of the schedule and then it’s easy to override them all. I am not sure if you will ever get this to work unless something has changed in Revit 2017.

If Revit API is not capable of it, neither is Dynamo. And looking thru the API, I also couldn’t find anything useful. So for now, it is not possible.

Fill color of a cell in a schedule

Hello I think it’s not possible, the only way to change cell colors (Body) is conditional formatting (not support by Revit API yet). With the Revit API you can only change cells color of the header or by the entire column (by field).
