Is there anyway to run a dynamo script with a specific operation over multiple dwg documents ? The optimum is to execute the same task on multiple files simultaneously

This is the segment of the script you can reuse in that thread. You will probably need to work across the files using Python by the looks of it though. In Dynamo for Revit we have more direct ways of doing this, but I assume you’re using Dynamo for Civil 3D here. If Python isn’t something you know …
