Is there any file to copy from one pc to other to migrate the custom preferences of Dynamo?

You can manually insert the group styles into the preferences file for older Dynamo builds which have a group styles section.
For newer builds there is the option of importing and exporting preferences in the UI, as shown here: Dynamo Core 2.17 Release - Dynamo BIM

I also found that file, where I (think) I can add manually the styles and could be much faster than one by one 
Yes, this is super useful to be able to edit in a textural context.
However you might want to look into the settings in 2.18 or 2.19, as I believe there are additional properties (a GUID) which add stability and functionality in future builds.
