Merge Lists in Different Data

Hi all, I have 2 lists that I try to merge. I found a weird solution with “addition” but I got data with lots of “,00000”. Also, I lost material data too. Do you have any better solution for merging data like this? (I’ve tried to filter with null but blanks in my lists are not “null”)

I must admit, I do hope someone comes up with a better idea.
