Lost a downloaded package 'Key Schedule' Node

Sometime I have uninstalled a package that I needed.
Help please… where would it have come from?.. FYI I right-clicked and did Help, but there is no useable info to determine what package it came from.

(is there some way to tell what package a node came from?)

The node is part of the archilab package.

ooh, I see only one version? 1.0.0

revisiting… the package is archi-lab.net
isn’t’ this correct?

shows up as version 2019.2.7
