List Logical Operation

Dear Dynamo Team,
I was wondering how can i make task as descriped below. For explanation please see attached photo. I have two main list which is prepared.
Now i have one input (as shown as node name). I want to prepare script to search each input at first list (upper one) and take its range and according to this range make output from second list (bellow one).
For instance: we have 32 input. it is between 26.9 - 33.7 (from first list) so index of 33.7 is 3(from first list). Output is 40 which is 3 index of list bellow.

So basicly, just check if each number of the inputs are bigger then the objects in list 1, get the index of the first time it’s smaller.
