Lacing is set to auto. Auto lacing defaults to shortest lacing unless one of the inputs is a single item and not a list at which point it changes to longest.
Both the element and the value inputs are lists, therefore they will have shortest lacing.
The shorter list of the two inputs only has one item in it, so therefore you will only have one item in the output.
Adjust your lacingnif you want another output.
