Is there a way to read SDF (Spatial Data File) in Dynamo?

I want to read SDF ( Spatial Data File) in Dynamo, however I don’t see any nodes for reading this type of format. Is there a way to read SDF (Spatial Data File) in Dynamo, preferably without the use of FME?
Help is very much appreciated.
