I’d really like a “ElementTypes.ByName” node work flow. Like the “Category.ByName” node but for element types instead of categories. I’m asking because I find using drop-down lists will produce different results depending on which version of revit you open dynamo in whereas a “get by string” setup…

Is there a "Get Element Type By Name" work flow?
