Is it possible to execute an IExternalCommand from Dynamo?

This is pretty straightforward, I just want to run a command from an add-in via dynamo so that I could potentially batch it over a directory of folders. (In this case the “Export to Synchro” button)

Even if this specific command won’t work due to it opening a windows explorer “save as” type window it would be useful to know how to run add-in commands for other uses. (Potentially rendering Enscape on startup etc.)

Although I haven’t done this myself, many other people have used Dynamo to execute PostableCommands for native Revit functions. However, what you’re looking to do looks like it will require a lot more effort as Synchro is an Add-In. You may find this post from Jeremy Tammik helpful.
