I guess I need newer than Revit 2025 then?

Assuming you are fully patched you should have 3.3.

Unfortunately agentic node, and assistant use dynamo 3.6 or newer. So unless you want to mess about with your install, sandbox is probably your tested for now. Although 2026 has 3.6.1
