How can I change Family(Pipe Accesories) in project with out alert?

In small project, changing family A to B is simple in dynamo.
but if that project is so big and there are a lot of Pipe Accesories, it need a lot of time and make diverse alert like disconnect, delete element etc…

How can I change Family(Pipe Accesories) in project with out alert?
rvt files that I have to change are 40 and there are 1000 Pipe Accesories at one file.

you have to integrate system update into your workflow. We got this issue too. Changing families means checking the systems too, regarding disconnection.
