Greeting, Just wondering if there is a way to get z value from point cloud in Revit(Dynamo or other API), assume x and y are given.

From each point? Or from it’s insertion point? A sketch might help clarify.

From certain points in the areas that the point cloud covers, X and Y are given.

So you want to give an X and Y value and get the Z value from the point which is found? What if you have no points at the X and Y that are given? Or what if you have 100 points at the X and Y given?

create a mesh from the points then query the z value of of the mesh at the xy coords as Jacob points out, there otherwise won’t necessarily be a point at all xy coords- so how the mesh is created determines interpolation between points
