Get distance between two points along a specific vector

Hi,
I’m trying to find the distance between two points along a given vector, which is neither WCS X, Y or Z but along a vector in a specific coordinate system.

How would I go about doing this?

I’m not sure I understand… You need a certain i,j,k component between points that does not follow the WCS?
