It seems the problem that it’s reading the system family so i am looking for way to get the non system families
Export them to what exactly? Can you post a file for us to play with?
Hi jacob, rly thanks that you are trying to help, yesterday i found that it trying to edit system families which is not editable. the idea it was to export all families to a defined directory. i edited the python code by adding try and except and it worked. check the picture below.
