Disable keeping elements joined - Revit

Hi all,

I am trying to create a parametric model with Dynamo & Revit.
The problem is that every time I change a parameter, a lot of errors boxes appear in Revit asking to unjoin the elements (attached screenshot below), once I select “unjoin” in all of them, everything works as expected.
Anyone knows then if there is any way to avoid/disable this dialogue box?
