Create if statement to decide which code block will be used

Is it possible to make If statement for Dynamo to use two different code block. I mean for example:
there is two different code block created. I want to make If statement before these two code blocks to decide which of this code block should be used during operation. I don’t know is it possible or not. Any suggestions?
