Copying filters between view templates while preserving filter order

This is a continuation of a posted solution to an old problem of copying view filters between view templates with nodes from the archi-lab package.

My issue is that script messes up the filter order in the view templates the filters have been copied to. The order in which the filters are applied do not match with the filter order in the source view template. Is there any explanation for this?

See attached dyn script that I use, which is for the most part a carbon copy of the posted solution in the linked thread above.
