Can you change the read only host parameter of a sprinkler?

Hi all,

I have placed several sprinklers using a Dynamo script, but they come through with no host:

I cant find any nodes that deal with this and when I looked in the API docs, there is a method called “SetHostPointReference”:

I’m not sure if I understand what this method does, but could someone let me know if I can use this method to host sprinklers to the level that the user was on when placing them? Or is it simply hosting to a reference point and I cant include the level?

Did you use this node to create the instances, or a different one?

Ahhh so simple, thanks Jacob, I was using the FamilyInstance.ByPoint node only…
