Block, change scale from X=5 Y=5 Z=1 to 1,1,1

Spent 3 hours trying to figure this out, can’t seem to get it correct with vectors, etc.
How to you change the block scale x, y, z = 1 ?

any help is much appreciated.
I have uploaded my test file and dyn.
