Alphabetical Sequence gives null!

I would like to have an alphabetical sequence where I can control the number of letters, but no matter what it always outputs a list of nulls.
It happens both with Clockwork List.AlphabeticalSequence and with AlphabeticalSequence.ByNumber

Can someone help?
