Add pressure appurtenance in a pipe run

Hi everyone,
I have a pressure network and its pipe run, without any appurtenance or fittings. is it possible to add pressure appurtenance and pipe fittings at specific location, any node available. Also need to find the invert level of pressure pipe at specific point, may be its useful for adding pressure appurtenance or pipe fittings.

if you want to move an existing fitting you can use this from civil3d toolkit:
