I m a PhD student working on the optimisation of structural design in Building Information Modelling/ Management (BIM). I have developed a new Structural Design Optimisation (SDO) Framework to semi-automate this process of structural design during the early stage of BIM.

My research is particularly focused on BIM and I have practical knowledge of structural design and analysis by using Revit, Robot, Etabs and LUSAS. I am familiar with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) concept and I have used this method to design a slab for a bridge by using LUSAS.
