The preferred alternative has both the lowest acquisition costs and present value over the calculation period.

It should, however, be noted that the difference between the two alternatives are rather small, that is less than 5 per cent.

It should also be noted that the preferred alternative is cheaper with regard to supply and maintenance of building components, but somewhat more expensive with regard to cleaning.
