A really basic question but I cant figure it out.
i already open family and load in the project.
then i follow tutorial vidoe to make model, everything ok, but when i run model, revit say cannot make type family.
Anyone please could explain why this happens? 
Most probably it’s because of the order of the points you feed the adaptive family. If it’s not like in our family (in this case - clockwise) the family is going to break.
The other possibility is something wrong with the family itself.
You could try using the repeater in the mass environment to complete this task or if you want a dynamo solution you should check and modify the order of the points.
