Unit conversion - right path - accuracy lost

I am cornfuzzled and can’t finger this out. Just making sure i am on right track.

Exporting location of a family

have to convert the units to feet to export out to csv

to export in the units have to be converted back to feet

accuracy is lost, see image below

family placed from csv is not in same place

example files attached.

Is there a better way to do this?
