Thickness Fails - Create solid from adaptive component

Hi,

I am trying to create a solid floor shape from an adaptive component family. The thickness fails on a few of the elements, any ideas on how to fix?

i was hoping to make these adaptive components room bounding my converting to pieces of floor or roof. (even wall!)
