The situation.The same Revit file linked into Revit multiple times. Trying to tag each door with a prefix related to the linked file parameter name.
The problem, you cant change a parameter of a door outside of a linked file, or can dynamo do this?
I was making a script that got the linked file parameter name to use as a prefix before the doors mark but the tag family would need an external text parameter to put in the prefix.
Hope this makes enough sense if anyone has any ideas. Just delete if it dosn’t. My minds been doing circles around this.
