Shorten Reference Planes based on Scope Box

Am not sure if there is such a thing exist…but can Dynamo have the capacity to shorten the Reference Planes based on the boundary of Scope Box or Crop View?

Reference planes can be set to a scope box
You can modify other values of a reference plane, however that would require some computation to match a view crop / scope box
Unfortunately scope box modification are not available in API
