We have a solution (and it is was Nick’s path). Made a general instance based parameter called dVOLTAGE in the family. The electrical connector voltage parameter was set to =dVOLTAGE. I can write the dVOLTAGE parameter like any other (has to be electrical potential). Sets the voltage correctly. I am still using the Distribution workflow from my screen shots. All is well.
