This question may silly but i have it 
, So is there anyway to save dyn file into server like Google Drive because i do most of graphs prepared in my laptop only and forget to bring back to office 
Sync google drive with your PC and save your dyn files.

Be careful that you don’t breach company IT security policy - I know many people who got in hot water over syncing company files to personal drives like Google drive.
