Revit filter not working in some plans

Hi everyone,

I’m having some problems with a bunch of filters. I have two Revit models linked together in a central model. I’ve made some colour filter based on one parameter and in some plans and all the sections elevations and 3D views there’s no problem but in some plan views it just refuses to work and for the life of me I can’t figure it out.

Has anyone encountered this problem and can help?

Keep in mind that your filters are read bottom up
So the lowest in rank is also the lowest on the list in the VG dialog.
It also helps if you have the same parameters set to the same categories as in the linked model.

I’ve found the problem, in the template in the RVT Link overrides go to display settings/custom/Basics/View Filters and set it to host view not linked view…
