Revit 2018 - Variable Trägerhöhe bei Verbundbrücke

Hallo,

Andre. The language on the forum is English to allow for easier search and sharing of knowledge. Please run future posts through a translator (and round trip them to see if they make sense) so your question can be fielded by the community and so that future visitors search ‘variable beam height’ in one language instead of every language.

I’ve posted a translation below. I’m not sure how to solve the problem, but hopefully someone else can help out.

I have a problem what I want to solve and need your help. I think this would probably be easy to solve with Dynamo. Unfortunately I’m not fit enough in Dynamo yet.

Situation:
I would like to map a composite bridge in Revit. I have a concrete slab lying on steel girders. The steel girders are integrated in a frame corner. The gradient is in a radius or clothoid. But the carriers are straight. The road has a gradient in one direction.

Problem:
Due to the radius or the clothoid and the slope, the upper edge of the carrier always has a variable distance to the gradient. Both horizontally and vertically. The undercover always has a fixed distance to the gradient.

Now I want to generate the carriers geometrically correct. Because it should be generated plans for the work.

And at this point, I can not get on.

My idea:
I wanted to create the carrier cross-section in an adaptive family. Passing the cross section above and below its height via a Dynamo script and using an Extrosion / Sweep generate the carrier and get back into the project. Unfortunately I am not so fit with Dynamo to implement this. Can someone help here?

For a better understanding, I have attached a drawing.

Outlook:
Maybe you can consider the following points when creating.

The carriers subsequently bind into an abutment. However, the front one is not perpendicular to the gradients or the carrier axles. At the end of the carrier, a head plate is to be connected, which is just with the front abutment.

Many thanks for your help.
