Remove Duplicate Clash families but only if family type is not equal to "Active"

I have my clash script running better and better. My family is very similar to a lot of you on this forum. One family, three types, Active, TBD, and Resolved. I find the clashes and drop in the Clash Orb at the location.
My next hurdle is when I re-run the script a week later, I want to “skip” over an existing clash family if that family type has been changed to “TBD” or “Resolved”.

I think if I could get the family name that is at that duplicate location, I could delete the “Active” and keep the "Resolved or “TBD”.
