I cannot download project refinery in the link in your description or at any site. chrome says it "fail - forbidden, i downloaded it with microsoft edge and it cannot install it, and i have done all the troubleshooting but still the file could not run… btw, the one successfully downloaded in edge is 47mb which is too little which i think my device blocked chunk of it. disabled antivirus, but still. The full size of the .msi is 118 mb, so seems like something is failing or getting interrupted. Maybe try via an incognito window or on a different machine or network if that is a possibility?
