How to upgrade the Dynamo version to the latest version?

Dynamo Update for Revit 2020

Hello Everyone. I would like to update Dynamo for Revit from 2.1 to 2.3 for Revit 2020 for a client. I am not able to find the right file. Could someone guide me? In the Dynamo Builds page I do not see any DynamoRevit 2.3 other than DynamoCore Runtime 2.3. Does the DynamoCore Runtime also update Dynamo for Revit?
