i try to get polycurve from profile using ArkanceSystem, but it returning a null value as below.

Your Geometry Scaling was set to Extra Large (which is only needed if you calculate the distance to the sun). If you set this to Medium, it works as expected:

I have the same issu
Likely you need to migrate to a new package as your Civil 3D version is not compatible with the package. Please stat a new topic (this is quite old by now - the 2023 product line is into the last months of it’s lifespan) and include what Dynamo version, Civil 3D version, and package version you’re using.
