POP up message with condition

Hi all,
Can anyone suggest how to show a POP up message after every wrong selection.
For clarification please go through the attached snip and also how to make a combined script instead of two different script.

After wrong selection pop up should came after wrong output box and also suggest to make a combined script with input wall and input part.

Use the Data-Shapes package

Currently I use Synthesize Toolkit, and made Popup message. The only things to combine the condition.
