I have tried this several different ways and have the rotation working while placing the element but it is not working for overriding the height and width at each location and is only listing one at the set element.
Try changing the Lacing on the Set Parameter nodes to longest. Although your lists are the same length, it may help.
I changed all the lacing to auto and that worked, thanks.
